We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Telemarketer/Salesman. As a Telemarketer/Salesman at , you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our top-quality solar energy products to potential customers using the Aircall dialer and Salesforce platform. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growing renewable energy industry while enjoying a stable monthly base payment with the potential for an increase after the trial period. Additionally, there is an opportunity to earn a commission based on sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via telephone using Aircall software to introduce and sell our solar energy products.
Present product features and benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Generate leads and build a customer base by identifying and contacting prospects.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Knowledge or interest in solar energy products is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software like Salesforce, and telecommunication tools like Aircall.
Salary and Compensation:
This position offers a monthly base payment of $600 for start , with the possibility of an increase after the trial period based on performance(2 month – or faster if you reach sales goals).
we can also negotiate it but than with higher salary are minimum monthly sales
In addition to the base payment, there is an opportunity to earn a commission from sales, providing excellent earning potential for high-performing individuals.
The products’ cost price ranges from $800 to $40,000, allowing for significant earning potential with each sale.
Each customer with whom you make sales will be assigned to you, ensuring you receive a commission from subsequent sales, similar to a subscription model.
You have the opportunity to build your own team, which can further boost your earnings.
Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are fixed from 9 am to 5 pm UK time, Monday to friday
