Starting rate is $3 per hour, Shifting schedule. Subject to pay increase as early as 30 days or up to 90 days depends on your performance. Salary is given every other Friday (Saturday Morning MNL TIME) via Wise.
Responsibilities for Sales Representative
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects
Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
Qualifications for Sales Representative
Experience in using Hubspot is a plus
2-3 years of hardcore sales experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Can do attitude
Can overcome sales rejection/objection
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers Working knowledge of CRM systems
Must have a laptop/deskstop i3 above
Noise canceling headset
At least 20mbps internet speed
