Job Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

We offer part time and permanent remote opportunity under an Independent Contract. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette and will remain calm and professional under pressure and always treat clients with respect.

A commission of one week’s subscription will be offered in the event the successful candidate successfully closed a deal during a call. This commission ensures that the customer’s credit card details are securely stored and set up in the client’s system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Cold call tradies to sell services.
Utilize client’s script to effectively communicate with tradies (calls will be recorded for reference).
Provide comprehensive training on how-to sign-up tradies or guide them through the self-sign-up process.
Assist in connecting them to Zoom using the tools the client will provide. In the event of a successful call or if they wish to speak directly with the client, which is the owner, or one of the client’s Australian staff members, ensure a seamless connection.
Schedule an appointment using our CRM system.
Utilize the Go High Level CRM system to input contact details and any relevant information gathered during the conversation. Set follow-up dates for unsuccessful or unpleasant interactions.
Each call, including CRM usage, is expected to last approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
This is predominantly a sales call so experience in sales is crucial.

Education and Work Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a telemarketer or similar.
Experience working under Construction or Trading industry.
Proficiency in using Go High Level CRM.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
Persistent and results oriented.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
Amenable to work 20 – 30 hours per week.
Can start immediately.
