Position: Virtual Assistant /Outbound telemarketing (HOT LEADS)/ Appointment setting/ Social media manager /
Key Responsibilities:
Making calls and reaching our HOT leads that was provided to you by all means and all effort to schedule the meetings for our project managers . ( extra great bonuses for every meeting and also for every sale the meeting generates!! its a team effort !!! )
Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content including posts, graphics, and videos to showcase our projects and services.
Set up and optimize Facebook and Google ads campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Handle email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Assist with appointment setting and follow-up calls to potential clients.
Provide excellent telemarketing support to promote our services and generate leads.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and advertising (Facebook and Google ads).
Proficiency in editing software/tools for creating graphics and videos.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in appointment setting and telemarketing is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.

Starting salary-
2.5$ an HR – as many hours you’d like . (minimum 6 HR)
6 days a week ( you will work Sundays sometimes too )
BIG MONEY COMES HERE :
You make the money every meeting you book with a client . ( I will provide the leads )
I need from you 25-50 meetings . (more then that will get you high places with us)
For each meeting set you get addition 10$
Each sale your meeting will generate will generate you a bonus of 30$ minimum and/or (depend on the size of the sale )many gifts we give away such as computers, tvs and other fun stuff .
