Telemarketer with or without Exp

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Telemarketer – Product Placement Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting business owners to propose the placement of our products in their stores on a consignment basis. Unlike traditional telemarketing roles, this position does not involve direct selling. Instead, you will be engaging in friendly conversations to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to business owners to introduce our consignment program and present the benefits of partnering with us.
Build rapport with potential clients through effective communication and active listening.
Explain the terms and conditions of our consignment agreement, emphasizing the low risk and potential benefits for the store owner.
Address any concerns or objections raised by business owners and provide accurate information to alleviate doubts.
Record detailed notes of each interaction in our CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate the placement and retrieval of products in stores.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for successful placements.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage in persuasive conversations while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Training:
Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program lasting five days to familiarize themselves with our products, the consignment process, and effective communication techniques. Those who successfully complete the training will receive a payment of $50. Participants who do not pass the training will still receive compensation of $25.
