Telemarketing

This role is responsible for providing support to our Marketing and Sales teams, and will focus on telemarketing to our contact base.
Success In This Role Looks Like:
• CRM quality maintained with 100 contacts updated per week.
• Successfully generated 10 leads per week of a high quality.
• 50 accounts qualified per week, with key information updated in the CRM.

What you’ll do:
• Telemarketing
• Maintain and improve the quality of our CRM: ensure customer contact information is accurate and up to date.
• Qualify contacts: Identify potential customers and assess their needs and potential.
• Lead generation: Proactively reach out to existing customers and generate quality leads for our sales team.
• Communicate effectively: Build rapport with customers on the phone and through email, and with our internal sales and marketing teams.

Attributes of a successful applicant will include:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable internet access with speed higher than 25mbps
• Completed the IQ and DISC tests
• Competent with computers, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Being a team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Be dedicated, reliable, keen to learn & improve
• Work towards targets and deadlines, and ability to work under pressure at times.
• Energetic and willing to go the extra mile.
