Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Telemarketing Agent to join our team and work the graveyard shift, transferring leads to an insurance company. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, ideal for individuals who are energetic, persuasive, and able to maintain high productivity levels during night hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for convincing potential customers to get a quote for insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers using a dialer system.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and persuade them to get a quote for insurance.
Transfer qualified leads to the insurance company for further processing.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Work effectively during the night shift without losing productivity or focus.
Adhere to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using dialer systems and basic computer applications.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Must be able to work during the specified hours (12 AM – 8 AM Philippines Time) without disruptions.
