As a Telemarketing and Receptionist at, you will play a crucial role in our company’s success by being the first point of contact for our clients and stakeholders. You will handle a variety of tasks, combining excellent communication skills with proficiency in software tools like SalesForce, Ring Central, and project management software to enhance our business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service. Make outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our construction services and generating leads.

2. CRM Management: Utilize SalesForce to maintain customer records, update client information, and track interactions to ensure effective follow-ups and relationship management.

3. Virtual Receptionist Duties: Manage the virtual reception area, welcoming visitors, and directing them appropriately. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our company and services.

4. Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear communication with clients, colleagues, and partners.

5. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls using digital calendars and scheduling tools.

6. Project Management Support: Assist project managers by updating project information, monitoring project progress using project management tools, and communicating effectively within the team.

7. Document Management: Organize and maintain digital documents, ensuring easy access for team members and clients.

8. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team, providing administrative support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
2. Proven experience in telemarketing, reception, or customer service roles.
3. Proficiency in using SalesForce, Ring Central, and project management tools.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
