Your Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Your primary role will be to engage potential clients, introducing them to the concept of investing in new, high-quality residential properties across Australia.
2. Discovery Calls: Rather than direct selling, you’ll focus on scheduling 15-minute discovery phone calls, offering clients a personalised introduction to our services and investment opportunities.
3. Partnership Building (B2B): Establish connections with professionals such as Mortgage Brokers and Financial Planners, encouraging them to refer clients interested in exploring investment properties.
4. Innovative Lead Generation: Utilise your creativity to propose and implement cost-effective methods for generating leads, aiming to schedule discovery calls.
5. Knowledge Expert: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our exclusive property portfolio to confidently discuss options with potential clients and referral partners.
6. Client Matching: Skillfully ascertain client needs during initial interactions, guiding them towards scheduling a discovery call where their investment goals can be aligned with our offerings.
7. Achievement of Objectives: Focus on the goal of scheduling discovery calls, aiming to exceed monthly targets through effective engagement strategies.
8. Record Keeping: Accurately document interactions, scheduled calls, and client feedback in our CRM system, with full training provided.
9. Feedback for Growth: Actively contribute insights to enhance our approach to client engagement and discovery call scheduling.
