Lead conversion specialist and Personal Assistant ( PA) for an Aesthetic Practice
Role:
The new candidate is required to:
– to respond to telephone enquiries and convert them into bookings of consultations with the Doctor.
– manage the clinic diary, and coordinate patient bookings.
– assist the doctor with planning, organising, and anything else such as emails. So be versatile.
– candidate must be meticulous with time keeping and organised.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant (PA) to our Aesthetic Doctor and a Lead Conversion Specialist.
£500/month plus commission for conversions.
Essential:
Have a mobile phone and laptop/desktop with continuous private and confidential access.
Must have 24/7 access to Excellent broadband and WiFi with continuous connectivity.
Be able to work UK hours GMT
Essential skills:
Excellent and fluent with English
Excellent communication and able to fully understand and communicate with clients with clarity
Clear voice
Excellent lead and sales conversion experience with proven record
Extremely organised and structured
Focused, ambitious and driven to set and achieve targets
meticulous time keeping
Honest, reliable and friendly and be able to empathise with clients
Excellent tech/digital skills and diary organisation skills
Kind and polite
Confident with speaking and solving problems and concerns.
Quick learner
PA skills – diary management etc
Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally
Social media management
Preferable:
History with working in aesthetics / healthcare in the past. But not essential.
Interest and knowledge in aesthetics (Botox fillers, skincare).
Knowledge of aesthetics treatments and procedures is preferred and will need to be learnt if not already familiar with.
