Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Representative Female to join our Print on Demand company’s sales team. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on promoting our print on demand services to businesses, organizations, and individuals, with the goal of increasing sales and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online databases, social media, and cold-calling. Initiate outbound calls to introduce our print on demand services in and capture the interest of potential clients Dubai – UAE
Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, email, and other communication channels. Understand their unique needs and requirements, and tailor our services to meet their specific demands.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our print on demand services, including product offerings, pricing, and customization options. Articulate the benefits of our services to potential customers and address any queries or concerns they may have.
Sales Pitch and Presentation: Create compelling sales pitches and presentations that highlight the value proposition of our print on demand services. Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with our company to potential clients.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Follow up with leads regularly to nurture the sales process and convert prospects into customers.
Sales Quotas: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
Sales Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer information, and progress using our CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the sales manager.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and seize new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a related role, preferably in a printing or promotional products industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Knowledge of print on demand services, printing processes, and graphic design concepts is a plus.
