Experience in the Pest control industry is a bonus, but not a requirement

50Mbps Fibre internet (or good internet connection with little dropout)

Quiet area to work- NO BACKGROUND NOISE
Sales and customer service experience is a must.
You will be required to start shifts anywhere between 7am- 6pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time – Time zone in Sydney NSW, Australia (GMT+10 depending on busy times- including Saturdays and possibly Sundays- have to be flexible, we may move onto working till 8pm Sydney time. Shifts are between are generally 8 hours, but you could be asked to work 8-12 hours long, at extra pay.

Your Required Experience:
Telesales and customer service – Inbound & warm Outbound Leads for a pest control company in Sydney Australia.
Outstanding customer service focus
Exceptional telephone manner
Sales experience is a must.
Customer service experience is a must
Closing sales
This is not a hard selling role, but rather an information selling role and having the drive to consistently follow up.
Computer skills, Helpdesk and CRM experience
We use Freshdesk and Fleetmatics, experience in these would be considered an advantage
Be familiar with Google mail and calendars.
A positive “can- do “attitude and willingness to accept change and new challenges
Ability to work autonomously and as a team.
Able to multitask
Able to work independently and have excellent time management skills
Attention to details
Must be a good listener, able to listen well and follow directions
Must be able to follow procedures and constantly follow up on their tickets
Your General duties including and not limited to:
· Answering inbound phone/email/ Online chat enquiries
· Calling warm outbound leads from our Previous Customer Database
· Chasing up email and phone enquiries.
· Selling through providing the best information and customer service
· Closing sales
· Liaising with technicians
· Booking/Scheduling appointments
· Entering invoices
· Other ad hoc duties as required
· General admin duties as well as taking calls from new customers and contacting our previous customers to schedule them for their Annual Service. We expect and promote a high-performance customer care culture
· Longer hours will be expected of you in our spring/summer period and you will be paid extra
· Ability to learn vast amount of info in a short time
· Work Sydney Time (Australian Eastern Standard Time – Time zone in Sydney NSW, Australia (GMT+10), varying 8-10 hour shift
· Ability to work straight through from September to May (Busy period)
· Not pressure selling. Selling through providing the best information and customer service
IF YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL
· You will be given material to learn off by memory and have 2 weeks in which to do this
IN RETURN
· Once you have demonstrated your abilities in sales and customer service, we will Increase your pay and hours. We are happy to pay more money if you can prove yourself
· Paid 2 weeks annual leave
