We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to contact leads provided by our company and persuade them to book a sales appointment with our sales team. Additionally, you will be responsible for calling the day before the meeting to confirm the prospect’s availability. When not following up on leads from our ad campaigns, you will be calling a list of prospects provided by us and hunting for your own prospects.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
-Contact leads via phone and engage in persuasive conversations to secure sales appointments with our sales team
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills while interacting with potential clients
-Follow up with leads and provide necessary information to ensure a successful sales appointment booking
-Confirm prospect availability by making courtesy calls the day before scheduled meetings
-Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation and appointment-setting strategies
-Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of our services
-Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
-Report directly to the Sales Head
YOU’RE WHAT WE NEED IF YOU HAVE A:
-Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
-Proven track record in sales, with experience in selling appointments preferred
-Familiarity with e-commerce, particularly Amazon, and marketing concepts is a major plus
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
-Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
– At least 3 years of experience in sales (non-negotiable)
