Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and energetic Tele sales Representatives to join our team. As a Tele sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our cable streaming services to potential customers. You will be responsible for reaching out to customers via phone and email, generating interest, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 300 outbound calls with our dialer to potential customers to promote our cable streaming services
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
Provide product information and assist customers in selecting the best package to fit their needs
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Continuously seek out new sales opportunities
Collaborate with other team members to improve sales strategies and techniques

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
Work from home 10:00 Am – 7:30 pm EST
Rep is expected to take 2 15 minute breaks and a half hour break
Each rep must meet sales Quota of 2-3 sales per day
