We are looking for experienced telemarketers to work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, UK/London time.

We are calling past customers of our Estate Planning business, re-establishing contact, and setting phone appointments for an estate planner to review their planning.

You must speak UK native English with a clear accent.

You must have three years of experience in a similar role.

Having the experience of calling UK customers would be an advantage.

You must have a fast, stable internet connection, a laptop, and a headset.

We are dialling out our office VOIP phone system and tracking all activity in our CRM.

Conditions and benefits
– This is a 100% work-from-home role; you must have a suitable, quiet working space.
– 28 days paid holiday (for a complete year) – eight will be UK (England) public holidays and five will be Christmas week.
– You will work 9:00 to 5:30 (London, UK timezone), Monday to Friday.
– You must have a fast, stable internet connection, a modern laptop, and a noise-cancelling headset.

Pay
Pay is reviewed biannually after completing your six-month probationary period.
Payment monthly via Wise.
Bonuses for exceptional work.
Pay increases with performance and length of service.
