We are looking for a dedicated professional with experience in recruitment and operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong ability to think like an owner, managing everything from sourcing and screening to maintaining a robust candidate pipeline and ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
Key qualifications include:
Proven recruitment experience with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
A strong operations background.
Comfort with starting initiatives from scratch.
A resolution-oriented mindset, capable of navigating challenges effectively.
Must be able to read, speak and write in English AND one of the following languages!
1st Project: Seeking Recruiters to support upcoming urgent projects with targeted fulfillment date: June 21st, 2024. Up to 20 hours a week or until requisitions filled.

Volga Partners is seeking to contract a temporary Remote Bilingual Recruiter for an International Language Project on behalf of one of our clients! Our Remote Bilingual Recruiter is a crucial talent to our company, as they are responsible for the hiring pipeline for our clients. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, responsive, and efficient and can follow standard operating procedures closely as they will be managing interviewer rosters, coordinating with potential candidates, along with scheduling and conducting interviews.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is proactive and a dedicated recruiter who excels in full-cycle recruiting. This candidate will be skilled in aggressive sourcing, thorough screening, and managing the offer process, leading up to HR onboarding. Additionally, this individual should understand that the team member journey extends beyond hiring, encompassing post-hire engagement and integration.

This is a temporary position (possibility of long term when applicable) Hours may vary from 0-40 hours a couple of months. Looking for recruitment support to hire talent for a project by June 21st!
– Must be able to work various time zones as this position requires international recruitment.
– Must be able to source candidates by utilizing company’s recruitment platforms or through own networking or sourcing abilities.
– Must be able to conduct interviews in both English and respective language.
-Must have own device (laptop/device).
-Intermediate to advance knowledge and experience with Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
-Must be able to work occasionally on weekends for hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
Recruiting Coordination duties:
-Consult with recruiters to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
-Write and post job descriptions on career websites such as Indeed and LinkedIn
-Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
-Source candidates by using databases and social media
-Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
-Scheduling and conducting interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates, hiring managers and the internal recruitment team (via Microsoft Teams)
-Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
-Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
-Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
-Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
-Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
-Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
-Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Human Resources duties:
-Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
-Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
-Partner with HR Administrative Assistant to ensure ensuring legislation requirements are met and completion of onboarding.
-Prepare new hire paperwork
-Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Requirements
-Proven work experience in a coordinator or customer service environment.
-Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
-Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
-Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
-Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
-Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
-Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn and Indeed
BS degree in Human Resources Management, or Business Administration, or 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
