THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

We need someone who can think differently, can help us stand-out and be digitally-innovative, who has a can-do, will-do approach to every challenge. We’re looking for an energetic, digitally-competent and socially-savvy Tenancy Progressor Assistant to join our close-knit team.
Your role would be to support the team to make sure we can look after our clients to a world-class level. The role will be extremely varied and therefore you will need to be organised, attention to detail, energetic and love a challenge!

You will be responsible for making things happen behind the scenes so that our clients (landlords and tenants) have an amazing experience with their investment and home in London. Working in a small team of 4 people, you will be directly communicating with clients via email and over the phone, resolving challenges, liaising with other team members and generating ideas to improve our services. You’ll also be continuously reviewing, documenting and improving our processes
on the tenancy progression front.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ROLE

Your role will enable our team to increase our operational capacity to deal with new tenancies, renewals and terminations of tenancies and grow your own customer service skills along the way

PAY AND HOURS (these are negotiable)

? The starting rate for this role will be $800 per month
? This position is available ASAP
? This is a Full Time – Long Term Position
? Provisional Schedule (negotiable): 9am to 6pm UK time
? You will be available for at least: 40 Hours per week
? Call Centre (inbound/outbound) experience is a MUST
? We will pay you every two weeks initially then monthly thereafter
? You will be given holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent staff
Member & at our discretion
? Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the
company
? We pay 15th month as standard (pro-rata)
