Job Title: Tenured Guest Relations Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tenured Guest Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest relations, customer service, and a proven track record in acquiring new properties for short-term rental management. The primary responsibility will be to enhance guest satisfaction, maintain positive relationships with property owners, and strategically expand our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

Property Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new opportunities for property acquisition for short-term rentals.
Build relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Negotiate and secure favorable agreements with property owners.

Portfolio Management:
Collaborate with property owners to establish and maintain high-quality standards for their listings.
Monitor property performance and implement improvement strategies.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless property onboarding.

Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth areas and target demographics.

Communication and Collaboration:
Foster positive relationships with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance.
Communicate regularly with property owners to keep them informed about occupancy, pricing, and guest feedback.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
At least 5 years experience in guest relations and property management for short-term rentals.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new properties and negotiating agreements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the short-term rental market and industry trends.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
