Responsibilities

-Review loan applications and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough financial analysis of applicants to assess creditworthiness and determine loan eligibility.
-Work closely with borrowers to gather additional information and address any questions or concerns throughout the loan process.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and loan officers, to facilitate the approval and funding of term loans.
Prepare loan documents and coordinate closings with borrowers and legal counsel.
-Monitor loan performance and communicate with borrowers regarding payment schedules, interest rates, and other terms.
-Assist in the resolution of any issues or discrepancies related to loan servicing.
-Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and internal stakeholders.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation related to term loans.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in loan processing, underwriting, or loan servicing preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan management software.

Requirements
– Have a WFH equipment(Desktop or a Laptop)
*8GB RAM or better
*At least the last three recent gens processors, either Intel or AMD
– At least 50MBPS or more Internet Speed
– Fluent in English writing and speaking
– Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office apps( Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Multiple Monitors(nice to have)
– Have experience with CRM’s(nice to have)
– Fully committed to the job(e.g. no other job,part-time job, side hustles)
– Can speak Bisaya(nice to have) to get along with our Operations Manager
