**Position Overview:**
As a Tester with a focus on Azure DevOps Test Plans and testing automation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and project managers, to design, implement, and execute testing strategies that align with industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and define comprehensive test cases.
– Utilize Azure DevOps Test Plans to create, manage, and execute test suites and test cases.
– Design and implement automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
– Perform manual and automated testing of software applications, identifying and documenting defects.
– Participate in test planning, estimation, and status reporting activities.
– Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and methodologies.
– Work closely with developers to diagnose, report, and validate issues.

**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience as a Tester, QA Engineer, or related role.
– Proven expertise in utilizing Azure DevOps Test Plans for test case management.
– Strong proficiency in testing automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
– Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
– Familiarity with C#.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
