The Harbert Real Estate Group is a rapidly expanding real estate enterprise. We’re actively searching for a knowledgeable, methodical, and proactive Transaction Coordinator with specific experience in Texas-based real estate contracts. As we focus on growth and unparalleled client service, we need an individual to ensure our operations remain seamless.
Job Type: Full Time (35-50 hours per week)
Work Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm CST
Location: Remote (working US hours)

Key Responsibilities:
-Contract and transaction management
-Oversee administrative duties, such as email communication, marketing, social media posts, CRM upkeep, graphic design via Canva, system establishment, and spreadsheet updates.
-Assist with crafting and maintaining Texas-specific real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
-Develop listing presentations, buyer packages, and comparative market analyses.
-Update and oversee advertising on diverse platforms, including the initiation of ad campaigns.
-Respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely and constructive solutions.
-Organize and oversee client events.
-Regularly attend training and coaching to continuously deepen industry knowledge and company protocols.
Tools we use:
Google Suite, KvCore CRM, HAR MLS (Texas), Lastpass, Canva, Lead sources, Trello, Dotloop, Slack, , Facebook, and other Texas real estate-specific platforms. (Training provided for unfamiliar platforms.)
Qualifications:
-Fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
-Proven experience in Texas real estate contracts.
-Exceptional customer service and active listening abilities.
-Robust relationship development skills.
-Inherent organizational skills and attention to detail, ideally SC/CS on DISC assessment.
-Demonstrated proficiency with computers and client management software.
-Experience with contact database management is an asset.
-Eager participation in ongoing training and coaching.
