What You Do
• You create sustainable long-term relationships with both current and potential clients through regular communication (email & messages) that foster growth while driving customer satisfaction – both financially and personally.
• You carry out the daily tasks of relationship follow-up that furthers our mission; plus, on an ongoing basis, identify new markets and customer needs through research.
• You manage and lead our response to Request for Proposals that our team decides to pursue.
• You arrange and coordinate business meetings with our current clients while promoting the company’s products/services and addressing their individual objectives.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, resolve customer issues and, respond to their concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
What You Have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (desirable to have).
• Experience in customer service or customer relationship management.
• Good organizational and time management abilities are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to operate both alone and collaboratively.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management tool.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.

This role would suit self-motivated professional individuals who would love talking to overseas Entrepreneurs/Investors/Small Business Owners on a daily basis. Someone who would love the consultative sales approach of explaining how our solution can add huge value to their businesses and help them be successful.
There are a lot of warm leads coming in for this (people who have heard of the company and are interested in our solutions). The role would be a combination of having calls with them and following up previous prospects and cold calling for new prospects.
