We are looking for a fulltime Texting Manager for our land investing company.
The company was founded in 2021. We are one of the fastest growing land investing companies in the entire industry. We only specialize in vacant land, and do not sell any other type of real estate.
For generating sellers leads we do the following:
1) Direct Mail
2) Cold texting
We currently are sending 10,000 texts per month within Launch Control. Averaging 100+ seller leads per month.
In this role, you’ll be downloading ownership data, skip tracing data, and creating conversations with this data inside Launch Control. The goal is to open up conversations with sellers, pre-qualify them, and push the great leads to our Acquisitions Manager.
Soft Skills needed…
1) Fluent in speaking and writing english
2) Minimal foreign accent (many of our sellers want to feel like they are speaking to someone in the United States)
3) Detail Orientated (Launch Control leads must be tagged correctly etc)
4) Kind and empathetic.
5) Hungry for professional growth ( As this is a salary + commission role, you are in control of how much you’d like to earn. We want someone who is motivated to help others and wants to make an incredible income)
Technical Skills needed…
1) CRM experience, we use Pebble (CRM)
2) Launch Control (texting platform)
3) LandVision (pull ownership data)
4) MapRight () (land due diligence tool)
5) Direct Skip (skip tracing land owners)
6) Familiar with G Suite (Google Drive)
7) Proficient with using County websites to source property information
4) Slack for team communication
7) Redfin for comping properties
8) Zillow for comping properties
9) network of sites for comping properties
10) Fluent in conversational english
Schedule:
Monday – Friday (9am to 5pm PST).
Pay:
Base Salary between $8/hr-$12/hr (depending on experience)
Commission: Commissions are 2% of gross profit for each deal generated via cold texting (commissions paid out once deals close)
