Position Description
We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) freelance contractor to join one of our clients as a Programmatic Buyer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of programmatic campaigns, including setup, testing, campaign optimization, and analysis. This role requires proficiency in specific technological tools and a flexible approach to working hours. The candidate should be a data-driven, highly organized digital expert with a proven track record of managing high-performance digital marketing campaigns across different channels and objectives. Confidence in communicating with multiple internal stakeholders and external clients is essential.
About the work
Execute programmatic campaigns, including 1st & 3rd party audience targeting, inventory targeting, additional targeting methods, and reporting
Collaborate on strategic and tactical programmatic initiatives that drive, engage, and convert qualified traffic
Perform daily campaign activities including budget management and pacing, forecasting, performance monitoring, and optimization
Collaborate on day-to-day campaign management and strategy across various internal and external client efforts
Participate in and/or lead agency relationships and meetings, delivering performance reports and presentations
Communicate task execution and timeline requirements to internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and share industry news/trends
Provide updates and success stories from our channel partners
Boxes to check
2+ years experience in digital marketing, 1+ year DSP experience preferred
Proficiency in Programmatic Campaign Management
Strong Data Analysis and Reporting abilities
Expertise in Campaign Optimization
Excellent Client Communication skills
Ability to Collaborate Effectively within a Team
Experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs)
Proficiency in Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Strong learner with the ability to explore and retain new ideas and concepts thoroughly
Strength in interpreting data, deriving insights, and transforming insights into action
Highly organized with keen attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously
Self-driven with excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills
Experience with the principles of media planning and buying
Strong understanding of digital media metrics
About the role
Full-time position at $12/hr, working 40 hours per week
Night shifts with fixed weekends off
