The Contacter (Sales/Marketing Email Copywriter)

We are an animation studio specializing in custom motion graphics and design.

I am in need of a superstar and contacter to assist us in copywriting, building email campaigns and cold emailing to handle:
– Manual, hyper-specific cold emailing (no email software, straight from Gmail).
– Working with the Creative Director and Prospector to manually cold email verified leads.
– Use pre-given lists of leads with emails to manually send initial and follow up emails.
– Keep track of lead status and updates in Excel.
– Email copywriter/sales copy to create campaigns targeted towards the leads.
– Possibility of finding additional research on leads to gain more knowledge.
– Weekly leads of 50-100 to start. Highly tagargeted.

I am looking for someone amazing to work with me for the long term.

Role Requirements:
– Copywriting and sales of cold emails.
– Create email templates and email campaigns targeted towards the leads.
– Manually input the email and write targeted emails towards each lead. No copy/paste generic emails. No software, just Gmail.
– Possibility of finding additional research on leads to gain more knowledge.

Role Duties Include:
– This is a part time position to start (around 5-10 hours per week) with more hours as necessary.
– High-level English and written communication.
– Creative and sales driven. The art and science of copywriting and sales through written emails.
– Able to work in a team dynamic with 1 or 2 additional people.
– Able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
– Assist and support me with ad hoc tasks as required.

Reward:

This is a part time role that suits someone who is looking for something flexible at the moment. Starting slow and hopefully building up more projects, tasks, and hours as we continue.

We are looking for 5-10 hours per week to start.

We’re looking for someone to help in the long term who is excited about the ride and knows deep down they are an executor and high-level communicator type personality. Looking for someone who is focused, goal-oriented, and high attention to detail. Creative but also can follow instructions.

This will be a negotiable salary starting with a 1 month trial period.
