I am looking for the most INCREDIBLE EA to support me personally and professionally.

I am happy to pay for the best assistant available.

I am a very direct CEO, but I am kind and love to reward my team with bonuses and pay increases when they provide me with EXCELLENT work.

I homeschool four children and run two successful businesses that will grow A LOT in the new year. So I need an incredible EA who takes initiative, is self-managing, and will not waste my time.

I need someone who will provide an incredible experience for my clients and customers, and make sure my back end is managed and my calendar is organized.

I require excellence, but I’m happy to pay for it.

I’m looking for an EA who can take things off of my plate, manage customer support, and support me on both a personal and professional level.

No silly mistakes. I need strict attention to detail.

I need someone who understands that early is on time and on time is late.
Someone willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of.

AND someone who will double-triple-check their work before they bring it to me so that my time is not wasted.

– Personal & Professional Assistant to support multiple businesses
– Handling customer service
– Community Management
– Client Onboarding and Offboarding Management
– Pulling and analyzing reports
– Shopify Administration
– Manage multiple inboxes
– Coordinate calendar appointments and travel arrangements
– Handle operational tasks
– Automate / create efficiencies in business processes

Must-Have Skill Set:

– Impeccable English (reading, writing, and speaking)
– Strong project management skills
– Operational mindset
– Ability to prioritize various opportunities and obligations
– Great time-management skills and ability to streamline toward efficiency
– Solutions-based mindset with the ability to identify upcoming roadblocks
