Job Description

I am an entrepreneur who always has multiple irons in the fire. My life is a whirlwind of chaos and I’m looking for someone to bring some order. This is a fully remote job that has the following requirements:

– Able to work at least 75% during U.S. business hours.
– Ability to type over 50 words per minute. (I will test you)
– Ability to write perfect English.
– Not afraid of using ChatGPT to improve the efficiency of their work.
– Experience with WordPress, web development, web servers, etc.
– Good with spreadsheets.
– Can keep a schedule without missing a single thing.
– Takes initiative and looks for ways to save me time.
– Is comfortable doing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
– Is comfortable doing new things and figuring things out on their own.

I am willing to teach you what you do not know if you’re willing to put in the effort required to learn quickly and master fast.

I want to hire someone for the long term. I don’t care about experience as much as I care about ability. I treat people the way I want to be treated and I pay better than most.

Warning: This will not be an easy job. I have very high standards and demand perfection. At the same time, I pay very well and am flexible within reason. I reward effort and will not tolerate laziness, mediocrity, or dishonesty. If you share the same values, then go ahead and apply.

NOTE: I will not read copy-pasted responses or resumes. I’m not here to read your life story or your list of qualifications. If you are interested in this position, write me a short essay explaining to me how you believe you can bring value to my operations and save me time. Tell me about your ideal long-term career goals and what you want your life to look like in the next 5 years. It is important that we can help each other get to where we’re trying to go in a mutually beneficial way. If it sounds like we align, I will respond to you with the next step.

I look forward to your response.
