Thumbnail Designer & Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer and Appointment Setter.

Absolute MUSTS to be Considered:
– Work US Central Time Shift: Must be willing to work the day shift here in the United States from Monday-Friday
– Skills Test (Part 1 of 2): Please submit your top 5 thumbnail designs you’re most proud of! Applications withOUT these designs will NOT be considered.

Primary Role: Thumbnail Designs
Secondary Role: Appointment Setting

Important Details:
Monthly Salary: $600
Weekly Hours: 40
Schedule: Mon-Friday: 9am-5pm CST

Responsibilities:
– Expect to make about 200 YouTube Thumbnails per months.
– Create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that effectively convey the content of our videos and attract viewers’ attention.
– Translate conceptual ideas and briefs into visually stunning designs, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
– Work closely with the content creators and marketing team to understand their vision and provide creative input during the content ideation phase.
– Social Media Management: Daily on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc
– Attending Weekly Group Meetings & Note Taking
Attend Zoom Meetings & Send Recap
– Team Workflow Management

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and ability to produce high-quality designs.
– Excellent understanding of the English language (Be able to speak and write in English)
– Work US Central Time Shift: Must be willing to work the day shift here in the United States from Monday-Friday
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
– Strong organizational and management skills
– 2+ Yrs VA Experience Preferred
