Thumbnail Designer (YouTube)

Position Overview:
As our YT Thumbnail Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual storytelling of our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to create 50 thumbnails per week for our YouTube channels and social media platforms. You will work closely with our video-team and our CEO, Manuel Gonzalez, and our content creation team to produce high-quality, engaging thumbnails that reflect our brand’s ethos and message.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create 50 thumbnails weekly for our YouTube channel and other social media platforms.
– Collaborate with the content team to develop and refine thumbnail concepts.
– Ensure all thumbnails adhere to our brand guidelines and messaging.
– Manage and organize thumbnail footage and assets.
– Implement creative design techniques to increase click through rate.
– Deliver high-quality, polished final products within set deadlines every week.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio or work examples required).
– Proficiency in design software
– Strong understanding of YouTube Thumbnails and video content.
– Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
– Creative mindset and ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
– Good communication skills and responsiveness.
– Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
– Willingness to align with German business hours for work.

Compensation:
$200 USD per month for a full-time role (40 hours/week).
Remote work.
