Job Description

NTM Digital is seeking a talented and experienced YouTube Thumbnail Designer/Editor to join our creative team. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in graphic design, expertise in Photoshop, and excellent English skills to create eye-catching and engaging thumbnails for our growing YouTube channel.

As a YouTube Thumbnail Designer/Editor, you will collaborate closely with our content team to produce high-quality, custom thumbnails that attract attention, boost engagement, and increase video views. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

Design and create custom, high-quality thumbnails for our YouTube videos, following brand guidelines and meeting specified dimensions.
Work closely with the content team to understand the objectives and themes of each video, ensuring thumbnails effectively represent the content and capture the viewer’s attention.
Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, best practices, and platform-specific design standards to continuously improve thumbnail performance.
Utilize Photoshop and other relevant tools to manipulate images, create graphics, and optimize visuals for maximum impact.
Collaborate with team members to receive feedback and make necessary revisions in a timely manner.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Maintain organization of project files and archives.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically in YouTube thumbnail creation.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design software.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proven track record of creating captivating, high-performing YouTube thumbnails.
Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a remote team setting.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
A passion for YouTube and staying current with industry trends.
