Job Description

We are an expanding ticketing agency looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well-organised virtual assistant with proficient computer skills to help execute on ticket sales, fulfilment, inventory management and basic customer support. There is plenty of room for advancement as well as long term and full time employment if you’re competent, hardworking and efficient.

Someone who is looking to develop and learn new skills in a fast paced business and exciting industry would be perfect for this role. Training will be provided upon hire to ensure you are equipped with everything you need, as well as ongoing support.

Approx 2-4 hours per day to start, but this will increase quickly once you’ve demonstrated your ability to take on more responsibility. Payment can be made fortnightly or monthly, and in PHP or USD depending on your preference.

Personal requirements:
– Excellent English is a MUST (both written and spoken)
– High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
– Knowledge of Google sheets & gmail
– Comfortable dealing with customers via WhatsApp
– Flexibility with working time and hours
– Experience purchasing tickets for events on Ticketmaster etc. (even if just for personal use)
– Understanding of using proxies and/or a multi-session web browsers such as Session Box, Jancy, Multi Login etc.

Technical requirements:
– Laptop/desktop with minimum 8GB of RAM (windows or mac)
– Fast and reliable internet connection

Job roles include but are not limited to…
– Purchasing sports/concert tickets based on our advice and research which we’ll provide you, from Ticketmaster, AXS and other platforms.
– Account creation for the ticket platforms and event sign ups.
– Price ticket listings accurately against appropriate secondary market websites.
– Manage inventory of purchased tickets across a number of different marketplaces.
– Manage email correspondence with ticket providers and customers.
– Delivering tickets to customers through uploading to online portals, or through direct contact via our Business’ WhatsApp.

– Light social media posts to advertise availability of tickets and upcoming events.
– Providing support to customers to ensure they have a great experience.

2. What is your level of proficiency in ticket buying on sites such as Ticketmaster, AXS, LiveNation etc.?
3. Have you ever used proxies or multi-session web browsers before? If yes, please explain how and when you’ve used them. If not, are you open to learning these tools as part of the job training.
4. This job will require 2-4 hours of work per day, this would be flexible to suit your lifestyle however there will be 2-3 instances a week where you will be required to work up to one hour at a specific time – for example a ticket sale at 11:00 CET. Or on the morning of a sporting event which could include a weekend. Are you able to work flexibly
