We are now seeking Ticketing Specialist (Advance Level) who will play a crucial role in our team, leveraging expertise in advanced fare construction and maximising revenue through strategic booking class selection. Proficiency in utilizing Alatus and Sabre is key to success in this role.
Key responsibilities:
Expert fare construction: Demonstrate mastery in advanced fare construction, piroritising booking classes that yield higher returns.
Alatus Fare Utilization: Leverage Alatus corporate fares effectively, understanding the bespoke nature of Alatus group and its fare structures.
Margin Optimization: Implements strategies to optimise margins by judiciously utilising corporate fares.
Adherence to Quality and Deadlines: Uphold high-quality of work while strictly adhering to deadlines. Exhibits a meticulous and detail oriented approach in all task.
Efficient ticketing: Responsibly manage the daily workload, ensuring accurate and efficient ticketing operations. Demonstrate experience in driving profitability and maximising margins in the travel and ticketing sector.
Collaborative Approach: Engage proactively within the team, contributing positively to the collaborative efforts and team dynamics.
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Sabre is essential. Demonstrated experience in advanced fare construction and Alatus fare utilization is highly preferred.
Ticketing/booking maximization: Proven ability to increase booking within the travel and ticketing sector thereby maximising revenue.
Time Management and Adaptability: Excellent time management skills, ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in fare construction and ticketing.
Three years working experience: More than three years of experience in the travelling and ticketing industry.
Training and certificates: Additional certifications or training related to travel and ticketing (preferred but not required).
Innovative Approach: Emphasis on candidates bringing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and productivity in the ticketing processes.
