Service Hours are USA / Pacific Standard Time:
Monday to Friday, 6:00AM – 3:00PM PST
This project requires company process orientation for 30 days on a graveyard shift. (8:00AM – 5:00AM PST)
Project Partner Requirement:
-Minimum of 3 years experience in live phone support
-Experience working with a B2B SaaS company preferred
-First Contact Resolution (FCR) approach required
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Stellar verbal and written command of the English language
-Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
-Strong ability to quickly resolve problems and perform well under pressure
-Self-motivated team player, capable of setting priorities and managing deadlines
-Flexible and adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities
-Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
-Positive, can-do attitude
-Collaborative team player
Other Requirements:
-Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection of at least 25MBPS.
-Latest-model computer (preferably Core i3 or higher, with at least 8GB RAM)
-Availability for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during weekdays
-Quiet workspace that is conducive to video meetings and calls
-High-quality, noise-canceling headset
-Dual monitors preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email
-Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics, while also being able to adapt and think critically
-Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives in a timely manner
-Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile
-Keep comprehensive records of all customer interactions in our internal database
-Create and maintain accurate reports on customer interactions and trends
-Provide support to senior management with special projects and initiatives as needed
-Provide customers with product and service information
-Maintain accurate customer account information
-Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or team member
-Stay up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
-Participate in team meetings and share customer feedback and insights to improve overall customer experience
-Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest solutions to senior management.
