We are a MANAGE IT Company based in U.S. Looking for IT Support Professionals Preferably from Philippines that can provide technical support with Off 365 and Basic Server Administration and Desktop Support to our clients. Candidate should be able to answer questions and solve computer/network issues for clients over the phone or via email.

Support would generally cover the following but not limited to: OS errors, application and software errors, user account administration, printing, email configuration, software installations etc.

Regular Tickets a day normally is just 5 tickets a day.. We make sure our Techs are not stressed with work tickets by having someone to assist them and help them out.. we are a Family based Oriented Manage IT Company.. we don’t micro manage our employees.. we believe and respect the capabilities of our employees..

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Provide Excellent Level 1 IT Support
– Provide support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s Office 365 business applications and operating systems.
– Offer basic technical assistance at a network level.
– Check servers and workstations on a regular basis, create logs and/or reports.
– Call clients as needed: updates on progress, outages, confirming issue before starting to work on

JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
– Telephone Etiquette, active listening and inter-personal skills (sympathetic and empathetic).
– Must have an American or neutral accent.
– Fluent in verbal and written forms of communication.
– Required to be well versed with Windows Desktop Operating Systems Windows 10. Windows Server 2012, 2016 or 2019 OS, and OFF365 Administration
– Understands TCP/IP, networks, switches, hubs and networking concepts to be able to be able to figure out points of failure.
– Must be familar with business applications and network printers.
– Working knowledge with ISP troubleshooting and wireless networks.
– Must know a wide variety of support tools, technology and techniques that are being utilized in providing IT services.
– Voip configuration and knowledge is a plus.
– Knowledge with MacOS is a PLUS
– MCP, CompTIA+, CCNA, VOIP is also a plus but not required.

MUST HAVE:
– has stable internet 25mbps download and 25mbps upload minimum
– must have back up internet
– should have at least 2 hours of back up electricity
– no background noises when making calls (dogs, chicken, children)

Guaranteed 50 Hours a Week , 10 hours a day with 1 hour Break,
2 Days Off a Week
Starting Salary 30K a Month DOE and 5K after 3 months Training
