Tier2 (Senior) Support AD

We’re an MSP (Managed IT Services Provider) in Miami, Florida (USA) that’s expanding and we’re looking for additional full-time team members. Right now, we’re hiring Senior Support Specialists (Tier2/3) to help us with our clients’ app issues as well as new projects. Most of our business clients are on Windows 10/11, and we manage their Windows Server VMs and M365/AzureAD.

THIS IS FOR A LONG-TERM, FULL-TIME, 40+ HOURS PER WEEK REMOTE POSITION, WITH BENEFITS.
SALARY IS BETWEEN 120-150,000 PHP PER MONTH DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

Key skills you should have to really do great with us:
• At least 4yrs actual support experience, since this is a mid-level position, not entry-level learning.
• Knows the Windows desktop side very well – removing malware, resolving apps & file issues etc.
• Comfortable with Windows Server admin (AD, GPOs, Domain migrations, etc.)
• Good familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration – users, roles, policies, mailboxes, etc.
• Enjoys HELPING others – at the end of the day, this is really why we do this!
• Good written & spoken English is required, but if you also know Spanish that is a plus
• Reliable internet with a backup hotspot
