We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled TikTok Account Manager to take charge of our prominent TikTok account, @raminpopal_, boasting over 133,000 followers. As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our presence on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
Content Execution: Utilize provided videos, images, and information to create engaging TikTok content. Execute content strategies that align with the account’s style and resonate with the target audience.
Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of current TikTok trends, challenges, and features. Implement trending elements into the content to ensure it remains relevant and appealing to the audience.
Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitors on TikTok, identifying trends and strategies that can be incorporated into our content to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Work closely with the account owner to understand the brand’s voice, goals, and vision. Collaborate on content ideas, strategies, and execution plans.
Technical Requirements: Possess a US SIM card and utilize a US IP address to ensure optimal broadcasting of videos in the United States.
Consistent Posting: Commit to posting 3-4 high-quality TikTok videos per day, working towards the goal of reaching 1 million followers by the end of the year.
Proactive Approach: Be proactive in suggesting new content ideas, engagement strategies, and growth tactics. Take the initiative to optimize performance and enhance the overall quality of the TikTok account.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of TikTok content using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data.
Requirements:
Expertise: Proven experience managing TikTok accounts with a track record of successful growth. A portfolio showcasing previous work and achievements is required.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of TikTok’s platform, algorithms, and features. Ability to leverage these for increased visibility and engagement.
US Presence: Must possess a US SIM card and use a US IP address to ensure videos are broadcasted effectively in the United States.
Proactivity: A proactive and self-driven individual who can independently manage and optimize the TikTok account for maximum growth.
Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the account owner and other team members.
