We’re looking for a Media Buyer/Creative Strategist with tiktok experience to work with us in order to manage/scale/optimize ad accounts as well as develop creative video ideas for new-early-mid stage ecommerce products/stores running tiktok ads in various niches, such as fitness/fashion/jewelry/electronics.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Analyzing campaigns/adsets/ads performance in multiple timeframes, ex: 1d, 3d, 7d, lifetime
2. Identifying trends across all levels (ad-account trends, niche trends, audience trends)
3. Developing video concepts, scripts, ideas, formats, scenes, etc to expand on current existing top performing ads
4. Researching top competitors, spy tools, product pain points, etc to develop new video concepts/ideas that will be used to generate brand new videos
5. Communicating with video editors, media buyers, operations managers, marketing managers, etc on a as-needed basis
6. Develop short text or video reports about ad account performance, next steps, analysis, etc
What’s required:
(REQUIRED) Deep understanding of differences between TikTok style native content vs other platforms (such as fb/insta) and experience with the TikTok platform as a whole (trends, audios, etc)
(REQUIRED) Understanding of creatives/ads designed for purchases (direct response ads)
(REQUIRED) Communication skills – Must be fluent in English (View Loom Videos, Communicate With Team)
(Highly Preferred) Experience working with media buyers, video editors, and/or product researchers
(Highly Preferred) Experience working with a Ecommerce/Dropshipping Business
(Highly Preferred) Understanding of data-driven creative decisions
