We are seeking a part- time Tiktok Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a forward-thinking, highly motivated individual eager to drive our brand’s presence on TikTok by managing our affiliate marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
– Manage Free Sample Request Process on TikTok: Oversee both Creator-Initiated and Invitation-Initiated Requests, including reviewing TikTok accounts for eligibility and ensuring a seamless experience for creators.
– Oversee Communications: Maintain oversight of pending messages across various channels such as email, shop chat, and cooperation chat to ensure prompt and effective communication.
– Invite Creators for Target Collaborations: Actively seek and invite TikTok creators to engage in collaborations that align with our brand’s vision and goals.
– Scan and Filter Potential Creators: Regularly identify potential creators through diligent scanning and filtering, targeting individuals who resonate with our brand ethos.
– Send Invitations and Manage Data Entry: Efficiently send out invitations to selected creators and manage accurate data entry into an internal monitoring system.
– Follow-up on Communications: Diligently follow up on messages, inquiries, and responses to foster ongoing engagement with creators and address any issues promptly.
Skills Requirements:
– Strong understanding of TikTok and social media trends, particularly within the health and wellness sector.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively across multiple platforms.
– Organizational prowess and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
– A proactive, creative mindset with an eye for spotting influential content creators.
– Familiarity with data management and analytics tools.
