Looking for an experienced VA that knows about product research, UGC video creation and understands TikTok like the back of their hand and how to grow accounts! We will be having you do AI video creation for our clients’ tiktok accounts that we run tiktok shops for – you will be creating and releasing 2 videos a day per tiktok account that are completely AI generated that tag the products on the clients’ tiktok shop in effort to grow the pages and garner sales. You will also be working on other non-shop-connected TikTok accounts that we are farming to grow them to 10k+ followers so we can enable them for commission too.

We run an eCommerce Management company (Done For You LLC – ) so you are potentially going to be a part of the largest TikTok Shop management company in the United States.
Pay will be hourly with bonus commission incentives based on particular performance benchmarks, paid monthly. MUST be willing to work 12-8pm EASTERN 5 days a week (saturday and sunday off), attend quick 15 minute daily huddles at the beginning of the shift with the manager and the rest of the remote workers, submit daily logs of performance and be proficient at using Discord (where we communicate)
Productivity will be tracked by a tracker we will implement so we can analyze performance and learn how to make all of us better.
