Key Responsibilities:

– Plan, edit, and produce high-quality short-form video content using quick editing tools such as CapCut, Opus Clip, and other relevant software.
– Incorporate catchy captions, trending music, and engaging visuals to create compelling stories that highlight our unique selling propositions and real estate expertise.
– Work closely with our realtor to capture and convey her personality, making sure each video aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
– Manage and prioritize a large volume of video content, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
– Stay updated with the latest trends in video content, editing techniques, and social media platforms to suggest and implement innovative ideas for content improvement.
– Provide insights and reports on content performance, using data to drive decisions and content strategy adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in video editing, specifically with short-form content creation for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
