Your Role:

As our Brand Matchmaker and Short-Form Video Specialist, you’ll be the mastermind behind identifying brands that are a perfect fit for our TikTok channel and securing exciting collaborations. You’ll leverage your expertise to:

Unearth hidden gems: Scout brands that resonate with our audience and share our values. Think beyond the obvious – we’re looking for unique partnerships that spark genuine connections.
Craft compelling proposals: Create personalized pitches that showcase the value proposition for brands to partner with us. Highlight our audience demographics, engagement metrics, and creative approach.
Negotiate win-win deals: Secure brand partnerships that benefit both parties. You’ll be our deal-closing maestro, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
Become a TikTok maestro: Produce 5 short-form videos per week specifically designed for this platform, capturing our brand essence and current trends. Think engaging, direct, and forward-thinking content that hooks viewers instantly.
What You Bring:

Proven track record: You’ve successfully identified and partnered with brands in the past, demonstrating your understanding of brand alignment and collaboration strategies.
Brand whisperer: You have a keen eye for identifying brands that resonate with specific audiences and understand the nuances of effective brand partnerships.
Content creation guru: You’re a whiz at crafting compelling short-form videos that captivate audiences on TikTok and other platforms. Your portfolio showcases your creativity and technical skills.
Team player with hustle: You thrive in a collaborative environment, are a self-starter who takes initiative, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Communication ninja: You clearly articulate your ideas, actively listen to feedback, and provide constructive criticism to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
