Tiktok & CapCut Video Editor Needed

My name is Connor and I own an Ecommerce Brand. We are looking for someone who really enjoys and is experienced in creating short form content, specifically for TikTok. We have been posting daily videos with our products on tiktok for the past several months and have seen a lot of success with customer engagement from it. It takes me about 5-10 minutes to generate the daily creatives as they are usually between 15-30 second video clips.

All of the video materials for the products have already been filmed so the shorts that will be created will be done using parts from these videos. I want you to be able to unlock your full creativity so I keep things pretty relaxed as far as what we will be posting. As long as the shorts can hook our audience in, are engaging, and show the product well, it should work great.

You would be using CapCut as your editing software to do all of the video editing as it is very seamless with other software we use. Having a solid understanding of CapCut and its features is a necessity for this position. I also use ElevenLabs to voice over the clips when needed. This software can be provided for you.

Once the clips are created in CapCut, they are then exported to a google drive folder where they can be downloaded on your mobile device to then be posted to TikTok through the mobile app. This way you can add music, change the thumbnail, and most importantly tag the product in your video before posting it.

What to expect:
Starting out, it will be a part time position as we would only need 1 creative per day (7 creatives a week). The creatives can be created in advance, which is highly recommended so you don’t have to create one every day, you can work on your own schedule, and you do not get overwhelmed if you are creating them last minute.

After you have created the shorts for a couple days and have a solid understanding of the creative process and what I am looking for, you will also be posting the shorts you have created to our TikTok business page between 7pm – 9pm EST. / 7am – 9am PH (2 hour window) every day.

Once you feel confident in the whole process, there will be the opportunity for you to help with several other accounts also so there can be more work to look forward to. Just starting out though, it will just be the one account.

How you can expect to be compensation:
You will receive $1.50 for each short you have created and posted.
There is also the opportunity for you to manage our TikTok Shop which would involve answering customer questions, ensuring all scheduled deals are running, and importing orders to the order spreadsheet.
For this, you will earn 1% commission on all sales generated on top of your pay per post. Example: Shop does $20,000 USD in sales for the month, you will get an additional $200 bonus for managing it. This is where a larger portion of your compensation will likely come from since we already have everything established.

Total estimated time commitment needed for this role:
Creating and posting 1 short per day (10 Minutes / Day)
Managing TikTok Shop (1 Hours / Week OR 10 Minutes / Day)
Total estimated time commitment would be 20 minutes per day and you will be compensated $1.50 + 1% commissions from sales.
