Discovery Resort Marketing seeks a dynamic TikTok Content Manager to spearhead our TikTok channel’s content strategy and execution. This role involves creatively repurposing existing static and motion content and developing a 30-day creative calendar specifically tailored for TikTok’s unique audience. Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage a 30-day creative content calendar for TikTok, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging and platform-appropriate content.
Repurpose existing static and motion content into TikTok-specific formats, infusing creativity and brand messaging.
Stay abreast of the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and features to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Analyze TikTok analytics to understand audience preferences and engagement patterns, utilizing these insights for content optimization.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure TikTok content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and goals.

Qualifications:
