Core Tasks:

Crafting compelling and innovative content that perfectly aligns with our company’s brand and resonates with our target audience
Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and features to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging
Implement creative strategies to increase follower count, engagement, and overall brand awareness on TikTok – client to provide strategy and clear, prescriptive direction
Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments, messages, and collaborating with influencers or other content creators
Staying informed about competitor activity and industry trends is essential for identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Responsible for maintaining a consistent posting schedule and managing the content calendar 
Create and execute a full organic social calendar, posting 3 videos a day:
Repurpose written customer testimonials
Client’s point of view on relevant current events & news
Stitching and responding to other relevant creators & brands
Sharing the Founder’s Story
Brainstorm fresh and original content ideas tailored specifically to the brand and category, ensuring they resonate with our audience on TikTok

Qualifications: 

Proven experience as a TikTok content creator or specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and ability to engage audiences
Great understanding of commonly accepted social media trends, digital marketing, and content creation strategies
Has extreme familiarity with the latest TikTok trends & creation tools (ie CapCut or similar)
With a fundamental comprehension of TikTok features, algorithms and best practices
Has attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content
With at least an intermediate level experience with video editing software and other relevant tools relevant to the creation of TikTok content

Nice to Have:

A personal TikTok following of 10,000+
Have made 3+ videos that received 100,000+ views
Knowledge of other social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, or Twitter  

Grow Into:

Expand from TikTok to other channels (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedInReddit)
Monitor and analyze the performance of TikTok content using analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
