Position Overview:
As a TikTok Creator Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage with TikTok creators, drive product placements, and increase brand visibility. You’ll work remotely, collaborating with our marketing and sales teams to identify and onboard influential creators and manage relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit top TikTok creators to collaborate with our brand.
Manage the end-to-end process of working with TikTok creators, from initial outreach to negotiating terms and finalizing agreements.
Process sample orders for creators, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
Communicate with creators via chat, email, and other platforms to provide support, answer questions, and address concerns.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for working with TikTok creators.
Negotiate terms and pricing with creators to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Track and analyze the performance of TikTok campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, influencer marketing, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of TikTok and its creator ecosystem.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and processes is a plus.
