A rapidly growing e-commerce marketing agency is seeking a motivated and experienced TikTok Influencer Manager to join our dynamic team. As our agency continues to expand, we are looking for a dedicated individual who is eager to grow with us and take charge of our influencer marketing efforts on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct influencer research to create a list of prospects that align with our clients’ brands
– Reach out to potential influencers, negotiating rates and deliverables
– Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content creation and delivery
– Track and report on campaign performance and ROI
– Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and best practices to optimize influencer partnerships
– Collaborate with our team to develop creative and effective influencer marketing strategies
Requirements:
– Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably on TikTok
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
– Keen eye for identifying influencers who align with our clients’ brands
– Familiarity with TikTok analytics and performance metrics
– Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to our agency’s growth
Compensation:
As a TikTok Influencer Manager, you will be paid primarily on a commission basis per closed deal, with a basic retainer of a negotiated amount per month. As our agency grows, your commissions and overall earning potential will increase accordingly.
