Job Title: Bullstrap TikTok Influencer Manager

Job Overview:
As a Bullstrap TikTok Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies on the TikTok platform. You will work closely with influencers, content creators, and other stakeholders to enhance Bullstrap’s brand presence, increase engagement, and drive sales through effective influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Reaching out to 100 new TikTok Influencers every day.
– Achieving a greater than or equal to 4?ceptance rate among Influencers.
– Making greater than or equal to $200 per Influencer
– Analyzing and reporting on content that receives the greatest exposure and most sales
– Continually adjusting requested content for best performing angle
– Put together scorecard for weekly meeting

2. Scorecard (Metrics to measure performance):
? Reach out to 100 New TikTok Influencers Daily
? Greater than or equal to 4?ceptance Rate from Influencers
? Sales Generated per Influencer greater than or equal to $200
? Analyzing and Reporting on Content that Receives the Greatest Exposure and Most Sales
? Continually Adjusting Requested Content for Best Performing Angle
? Receive at least 120 New Pieces of Content Monthly and Organize Content Received into Appropriate Dropbox Folders

3. What Success Looks Like:

ONE THING: Achieve at least 120 New TikTok Posts per month with at least $200 in Sales Generated per Post.

4. Primary Objectives 20% BIG ROCKS – These must be done first and at all costs.
1. Reaching out to 100 new TikTok Influencers every day.
2. Achieving a greater than or equal to 4?ceptance rate among Influencers.
3. Making greater than or equal to $200 per Influencer

5. Regular Work Activities 80% – These must be done ongoing daily/weekly after the BIG ROCKS are complete.
? Analyzing and reporting on content that receives the greatest exposure and most sales
? Continually adjusting requested content for best performing angle
? Put together scorecard for weekly meeting

6. As Needed Activities – These must be done once assigned.

? Will be assigned through weekly meetings

7. Mandatory Meetings – These meetings must be attended, and meeting minutes taken and distributed.

10. Role Requirements
Experience, Training, and Education – What prior work and life experience will help the person in this role succeed? (Education, industry-specific, sales, administrative, management, customer-service)
? Task and Process Management Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to oversee and streamline various tasks and workflows efficiently.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective influencer conversations and team collaboration.
? Results-Driven: Ability to track, analyze, and report on metrics to gauge success and adapt strategies accordingly.
? Adaptability: Capacity to quickly adapt to new trends, platform updates, and changes in audience preferences.
? Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple influencer relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
? Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles, and how to create a compelling hook and craft engaging content. (This is a plus)
