We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a TikTok Influencer Research and Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with influential TikTok accounts to facilitate successful influencer collaborations. Your efforts will directly contribute to our marketing campaigns’ reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to identify relevant TikTok influencers within specified niches and target demographics.
Analyze influencers’ profiles, content quality, engagement metrics, and audience demographics to assess alignment with campaign goals.
Compile and organize influencer data in a spreadsheet, including names, handles, follower counts, engagement rates, content styles, and notes.
Locate and gather contact information from influencers’ bios, profiles, or other available sources.
Draft personalized outreach messages to establish connections, express campaign objectives, and request influencer collaboration rates.
Communicate professionally and efficiently with influencers via TikTok messages or provided contact information.
Document influencer responses, rates, availability, and any additional information in the spreadsheet.
Compare influencers’ rates, metrics, and suitability to make informed recommendations for collaboration.
Negotiate rates and terms with influencers as needed, ensuring alignment with budget and campaign objectives.
Coordinate collaboration details, content requirements, posting schedules, and payment terms with selected influencers.
Monitor influencer performance during campaigns, track engagement metrics, and evaluate the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Keep up-to-date with TikTok policies and guidelines to ensure compliance throughout influencer collaborations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in influencer research and outreach, particularly on TikTok.
Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform dynamics, content trends, and influencer landscape.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze engagement metrics and assess influencer quality.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and data.
Negotiation skills and ability to manage influencer relationships effectively.
Familiarity with spreadsheet software for data organization (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign evaluation is a plus.
