We are seeking passionate Live Stream Moderators and Creator Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our live-streaming operations, ensuring that creators deliver high-quality, engaging, and interactive live sessions. You will work closely with creators, offering real-time support, feedback, and guidance to help them improve their performance, increase viewer engagement, and maximize their earnings.
Responsibilities:
Monitor live streaming sessions to ensure a smooth, engaging, and interactive experience for both creators and viewers.
Provide real-time feedback and support to creators on their performance, including but not limited to presentation skills, engagement techniques, and content quality.
Offer constructive criticism and actionable insights to help creators enhance their live streams and interact more effectively with their audience.
Assist creators in troubleshooting technical issues during live streams to minimize disruptions and maintain stream quality.
Work with the content team to develop best practices and strategies for successful live streaming.
Facilitate communication between creators and the technical support team when necessary.
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and standards during live sessions.
Analyze performance metrics post-stream to provide creators with detailed feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a live stream moderator is a plus, or online community manager, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective feedback.
Strong understanding of live streaming platforms and technologies.
Ability to think quickly and problem-solve in real-time.
Familiarity with the content creation process and the unique challenges faced by live streamers.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live streaming schedules.
Passion for content creation and a genuine desire to help creators succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with video production or broadcasting.
Background in coaching, teaching, or a related field.
Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics.
