We are launching our agency on TikTok this month!
We need a self-motivated assistant to help us grow and manage our talent roster of North American Livestreamers.
This is a temp job that can lead to a permanent management position, based on your performance!
We eventually aspire to make you an equal partner of our agency, with larger opportunities where you will earn much more than an hourly wage. You’ll be earning a direct percentage of our agency’s income – which means the better you are at recruiting and managing our talent, the bigger payday you’ll get every month!
Recruiting may sound easy – but it can be a challenging job, and we prefer those who already have experience recruiting and “head hunting” so that no one’s time or resources are needlessly wasted. Experience in sales can help close the deal when it comes to convincing someone to sign on to be a partner.
We will strongly prioritize and prefer applicants who have already have experience and success LIVESTREAMING on TikTok! (Or similar platforms such as BIGO) !!
– ***This job does not have anything to do with short video creation. This is for LIVESTREAMING only. We do not seek someone to help promote TikTok video content. We are looking to recruit livestreaming talent ONLY.
Your responsibilities:
Recruiting:
– Daily outreach to new potential talents (North America ONLY) to recruit them into the partnered TikTok streaming program – in the first month we would like you to successfully recruit 20-30 new talents per week, to meet our criteria as required by TikTok. After the first month, we can alter the number based on your results)
– You need to put the words Dazzling Recruiter in the subject line of your message to show you read the full ad
– Talent acquisition can include methods such as Facebook group postings, Craigslist ads, and direct outreach within Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitch, Kick, and of course: TikTok itself!
– Deliver the startup materials, requirements, and tips to them upon their successful acceptance as a partner
Managing:
– Follow up with each of the talents on a regular basis (2-3x per week) to make sure they are completing their low amount of required hours for the month. This can be done by following up with them directly via WhatsApp, or using a communication tool such as Discord, but not via email.
– Help answer any questions or concerns they have about livestreaming or the program itself
– Determine if any streamer on the roster will not complete the hourly requirements. We must maintain a strict 60?tive ratio or we will lose the agency.
Coaching
– Host 1 coaching session per week on a video platform like Discord/Zoom where the talents can join the meeting and get livestreaming tips
(These tips can be given to you, or if you have your own experience to share, that’s even better!)
Bonus: (not required)
Ability to make advertising graphics
